Sequencing BCMA-targeted immunotherapies

We are seeing more success with patients who are receiving CAR T therapy first and then BCMA-directed bispecific antibodies after. However, with the arrival of other bispecific therapies targeting other proteins like GPRC5D or FcRH5, there are other options for treatment instead of having back-to-back therapies with the same target. After a break, patients might be ready for another BCMA-directed therapy. 

This is a very active field of research, and it is continuously being updated with new clinical trial data and experience in the real world.
