Pharmaceutical Support Resources
Pharmaceutical companies often provide helpful resources for patients who are currently taking their medications. When starting a new therapy, always make sure to take a look at the product page to explore if there are any programs that could be useful to you or your loved ones.
TECVAYLI (teclistamab)
Johnson and Johnson provides support through their Janssen Compass Program. When prescribed teclistamab, you can call a number for support and enroll in their free Compass program on the same day. Once enrolled, a Care Navigator can help you with the following:
- Paying for teclistamab: You can explore options that may help you save on potential out-of-pocket costs. Whether you have commercial or government-funded insurance (or perhaps are uninsured), your Care Navigator can help connect you with financial assistance options.
- Learning about your treatment: Your Care Navigator can provide ongoing education about teclistamab as you are taking it.
- Staying supported the whole way: Your Care Navigator can provide tips, strategies, and resources to care for yourself during treatment. They can also help set goals for living with myeloma and connect you with advocacy groups for a larger support community.
TALVEY (talquetamab)
Johnson and Johnson provides support for this drug through their Janssen Compass Program. When prescribed talquetamab, you can call a number for support and enroll in their free Compass program on the same day. Once enrolled, a Care Navigator can help you with the following:

ELREXFIO (elranatamab)
Pfizer offers a Patient Access Navigator program and co-pay assistance to those taking their bispecific antibody.
- Patient Access Navigator program: A Patient Access Navigator can discuss the likely out-of-pocket costs with your current insurance.
- They can connect you to financial assistance resources regardless of your insurance, and they can provide you with other financial resources outside of Pfizer that may be able to help you in your financial situation.
- They can also provide you with treatment coordination (such as discussing plans when leaving the hospital) as well as support during your treatment by staying in contact with you.
- Co-pay and financial assistance: Pfizer has different options for you depending on your insurance coverage. You can choose Medicare/government-insured, commercially insured, or uninsured to see what options are available for you.
