Participate in Myeloma Research: Transportation Survey

Celebrate Myeloma Awareness Month by participating in myeloma research!
Multiple myeloma patients use various modes of transportation to get to their myeloma appointments- but how does transportation affect myeloma care?
Participate in this four-minute, six-question survey to help myeloma researchers better understand how consistent access to transportation affects myeloma care.
Many patients don't have access to support (such as caregivers), public transportation (such as taxis, buses, or metros), or financial means (for gas or transport) to afford proper myeloma care.
How can this affect myeloma outcomes? Regardless of what kind of transportation you use and have access to, please take this survey so researchers can better understand how the myeloma population as a whole uses transportation and how it affects their ability to attend appointments.
The information you submit is protected and private and will be shared anonymously with researchers. We value your privacy and are grateful for your contributions.
If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, you can contact our HealthTree Patient Navigators (email support@healthtree.org or call/text +1 800 709 1113).
