What are the most critical issues you face as a patient undergoing stem cell transplant? It's time to share your experience so researchers know how to prioritize their work to help other patients.
The National Institutes of Health will host a two-day workshop in June to define urgent needs of bone marrow and stem cell transplant survivors that need to be addressed by further research. In order to bring the patient’s perspective to the conversation, BMT InfoNet is conducting a survey of transplant survivors and family members to determine what they believe are most important and poorly addressed issues after transplant.
Susan Stewart from BMT InfoNet as well as myeloma and transplant survivor John Killip will participate on a patient advocacy panel at which the survey results will be shared.
Please take a minute to complete this survey so that YOUR experience and opinions are included in the survey. The identity of everyone who responds will remain confidential, but responses will be shared with more than 100 researchers who attend the meeting.
