Daratumumab is now being used in many clinical trials in many different combinations. Because of its success in past clinical trials, it is moving to earlier use (in studies) for both newly diagnosed patients and at first relapse. According to Torben Plesner, MD in a recent Myeloma Crowd Radio show , daratumumab shows interesting results when effectively combined with cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan). This study will evaluate responses (complete response and very good partial response) for newly diagnosed and relapsed patients. The study combination will include four drugs: daratumumab, cyclophosphamide, dexamethasone and bortezomib. The study is open in 32 locations. To learn more, click the button below.
