We are setting big goals for September, but as a community we know we can reach for the sky.  Each week we will have a "Fitness Friday" where we will focus on awesome health tips such as successful dieting, benefits of water, and more, in our challenge we will have daily tips to encourage new habits and ways of thinking about healthy activities.

Whether walking around your neighborhood, cycling a mountain trail, swimming in a pool, gardening or trying out Yoga for the first time, gardening or playing with your kids and grandkids, any level of activity counts. So long as you stay active for twenty minutes or more!

Register today! We start tomorrow Sept 1st.

  • Step 2- Create a new account (even if you’ve participated in the past)
