Event Description

In the myeloma world, we often have questions surrounding the best diet to follow, how much exercise is sufficient, and how to reduce stress in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. Join us to hear from Dr. Columbus Batiste, to learn how he teaches patients how to manage chronic disease, focusing on long-term solutions involving nutrition, stress reduction, and exercise instead of relying solely on prescriptions and procedures.
