Dr. Shebli Atrash received his medical education at Damascus University in Damascus, Syria. He completed a residency in internal medicine at St. Barnabas hospital/ Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in the Bronx, NYC, New York, and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Atrash joined the Levine Cancer Institute faculty in July 2017; he also currently holds an academic appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. Atrash served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.
