Dr. Rubinstein is an assistant professor and malignant hematologist at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an associate member of the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. His primary clinical and research area of interest is plasma cell dyscrasias, and he is focused on clinical trials designed to improve the standard of care of patients with these disorders. In addition to clinical trials, Dr. Rubinstein has an informatics background, which he has leveraged to develop multiple prognostic scoring tools that are useful in the management of patients with plasma cell dyscrasias.
