Isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) inhibitors are drugs used for treating different types of cancers. IDH1 is a gene that makes an enzyme isocitrate dehydrogenase 1. This enzyme is mainly found in the fluid-filled space inside the cells called the cytoplasm.
