The Taylor lab seeks to understand the molecular pathophysiology of genetic alterations that drive hematologic neoplasms and how those targets might be leveraged for effective anti-cancer therapy. Currently, the major focus of the lab is on the cancer-associated alterations that occur in the nuclear export protein, XPO1.
