Dr. Panoskaltsis' main laboratory research interests are in the immune pathogenesis of acute myeloid leukemia, in using bio-inspired three-dimensional (3D) ex vivo models to study normal and malignant hematopoiesis, and in creating novel precision immunochemotherapeutics using mathematical modeling and ex vivo 3D perfusion bioreactor culture systems. Her clinical research and clinical trials experience has spanned over 20 years during which time she has been the principal investigator for numerous clinical trials, mainly in the area of myeloid malignancies.
