How Fitness is Affecting NorthEast Myeloma Patients and Caregivers

Event Description
After an exciting movement challenge for our NorthEast myeloma community, we are ready to discuss how fitness affects us.
Think about how your level of fitness affects your physical and emotional health and come ready to discuss. There is no one size fits all answer and many patients experience extreme fatigue. This will be a session to discuss how to support others no matter where they are in their journey and try to share ideas and inspiration when it comes to proper exercise for myeloma patients
