A hematologist with expertise in the treatment of multiple myeloma, Richa Parikh, MD, is an attending physician practicing at Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Midtown. Dr. Parikh serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Emory, she was on faculty and served as an academic hospitalist on the multiple myeloma service at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Myeloma Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dr. Parikh received her medical degree from the Grant Government Medical College & Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals in Mumbai, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She then completed her hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Karmanos Cancer Institute/ Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
