What are the most common JAK2 inhibitors used in myelofibrosis treatment?

We are in a golden age right now for novel therapeutics in myelofibrosis, particularly when considering the JAK2 inhibitors. Thankfully, we have a number of JAK2 inhibitors that are approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. These include ruxolitinib, fedratinib, pacritinib, momelotinib. The most common JAK2 inhibitor that we use in clinical practice is likely to be ruxolitinib, which was the first JAK inhibitor to be approved in 2011. Patients typically start on ruxolitinib in the front line, barring some specific unique situations where the other JAK inhibitors could be very helpful.
