Dr Finn has a research focus in Leukemia and Myelodyplastic Syndrome. She is the Hematology Research Chair of the Precision Cancer Therapies Program. Dr Finn is involved in medical resident and fellow education as the Associate Program Director of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at Ochsner. Her primary specialty is hematology, bone marrow transplant, and cellular therapy.
