Cynthia is a newborn ICU nurse by trade that has spent the last six years in the medical device industry educating nurses and doctors about devices that are new to their facility. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling the world with her family, and creating Halloween animatronics for her annual front yard display. She has a passion for life-long learning and enjoys sharing what she learns with the people around her.

Chef Kim is the creator of Beautifully Nourished by Chef Kim, a movement promoting wellness and food awareness, and founder of The Well Chef, a leadership program for the hospitality industry. With over 25 years in the Food and Beverage industry, Chef Kim is a Red Seal Certified Chef who has opened major venues across North America and cooked for celebrities including Gordon Ramsay, Michael Smith, Pearl Jam, and NHL teams. Her passion for nourishing mind, body, and spirit led her to become a Certified Yoga Instructor and Mindful Eating Practitioner. Known as “the mother of all things,” she shares her love for food through speaking, teaching, and retreats. At Ronald McDonald House, she transforms culinary care by creating nutrient-rich meals and inspiring volunteers to serve with love, fundamentally elevating the experience for families through her expertise and compassion.
