My name is Eric Jurgens. I'm a third year fellow at Memorial Sloan Cancer Center. And I'm here in Brazil at the IMS conference. And this week I presented results from an updated analysis on MCAR 109. MCAR 109 is a GPRC 5D targeted CAR T cell therapy for patients with relapse refractory multiple myeloma. We are reporting updated results from a phase one clinical trial. So since the initial publication, which came out about two years ago, we included updated safety results as well as efficacy results. Overall, no new safety events occurred. And the maximum tolerated dose was 150 million CAR T cells. At the highest dose of 450 million CAR T cells, three initial dose limiting toxicities were observed, including two patients with cerebellar disorder characterized by ataxia dysarthria and dysarthria and dizziness. Unfortunately, both of those patients still have ongoing symptoms, but no other patients developed new cerebellar symptoms. And none of the patients treated at the maximum tolerated dose of 150 million CAR T cells are below developed symptoms. Overall, 12 out of 17 or 71 percent of patients responded, which included 10 patients who had prior BCMA directed therapy, including eight patients who had been treated with BCMA directed CAR T cell therapy. The overall duration of response was eight point six months and the overall survival, median overall survival was not met and the three year overall survival estimate was 59 percent. So overall, with the updated results of this study, phase one study, we found that the maximum tolerated dose was 150 million CAR T cells. Response rates were high at 71 percent and durable with a median duration response of eight point six months. And we currently have two patients with ongoing responses of over 30 and 40 months respectively.
