Hello, my name is Sadhus Marni. I'm the chief of the myeloma service at the Moldova Sloan-Kerring Cancer Center. And I'm here in Chicago for the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting. Let me just share with you some of the key myeloma abstracts that are going to be presented here that I found quite interesting. Amongst the most popular topic being bispecific antibodies and CAR T cell therapies, I think we have several updates, long-term follow-up updates of CAR Td1 study. There is new data that's going to be presented on the randomized phase 3 study of silta cell compared to standard of care triplet regimens. It's called the CAR Td4. It read out positive in a big way and we're waiting to hear the data. But I think this may change the label for this particular product potentially later to see it and open up this option for a lot of our patients. What I'd be really interested in looking at is the depth of response patients got and the safety signal. Within the bispecifics, the other abstract that I'm really interested in is the combination of teclistomab and telketomab. The study is called redirect. I think this was a study primarily conducted in Europe, but at least from the looks of the abstract, it looks like the combination is quite effective, especially a high proportion of patients who were enrolled on this relapsed refractory study were high risk cytogenetics or extra medullary myeloma disease, relapsed refractory myeloma. So I think with this in mind, there are some interesting abstracts that also look at the novel bispecifics. There is a construct with BCMA bispecific being presented. It's a Regeneron construct. I'm not sure if it's being clinically developed, but the cytokine release syndrome profile in that particular experience appears to be numerically lower than the other constructs. Then we also have updates on the teclistomab, Majestic 1 data sets in patients who were receiving therapy on the weekly basis, but then were transitioned to every other week dosing during that second year of response, showing that the rate to your higher infection rate fell from about 30% to 16% while the efficacy was ongoing with a median duration of response after the change of about 20 months or so. So demonstrating that you can back off of the schedule while maintaining a better safety plan, maintaining the response and having a better safety profile. Then we also have some frontline trials. There's a very interesting study of carfilzomablendix with or without allotuzumab in the frontline setting being presented. Looking at the depth of response, interestingly in the ELO quadruplet combination appears to be higher. I think it's around 50 odd percent compared to 35% in the KRD arm. So I found that particular abstract to be quite interesting. And then we do have some real world data being presented with the siltocell. And I would be curious to look at in more detail the responses in the out of specification products in patients who have had prior BCMA therapies. In the past, I think we need to see whether the long-term data being shared in the legend So for me, these are the key abstracts that I'm interested to learn about. And there are other abstracts that are looking at valentimimaphototinin combinations in the newly diagnosed setting as well. But we learn more about those in the poster discussion session. I look forward to the meeting and hopefully another video and sound bite where we can talk about these data with the investigators.
