MajesTEC-9 compared teclistamab, a BCMA-directed bispecific antibody, with physician’s choice of PVd (pomalidomide, bortezomib, dexamethasone) or Kd (carfilzomib, dexamethasone) in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who had previously received lenalidomide and an anti-CD38 antibody.
