Audrey joined the HealthTree Foundation as the Myeloma Community Program Director in 2020. While not knowing much about myeloma at the start, she has since worked hard to educate herself, empathize and learn from others' experiences. She loves this job. Audrey is passionate about serving others, loves learning, and enjoys a nice mug of hot chocolate no matter the weather.

The panelist Eric Moore
Eric Moore

Eric Moore was diagnosed with smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM) in 2018  while being evaluated for an unrelated inner ear issue.  After remaining asymptomatic for three years, Eric progressed to stage 1 when a PET scan revealed a few bone lesions.  In 2021, Eric went through 18 weeks of induction therapy with Velcade, Revlimid, and Dexamethasone followed by an SCT.  Complete remission was achieved, and Eric continues to remain on Revlimid maintenance with few side effects.  Eric continues to work as a self employed software consultant.  He exercises regularly, travels, and has found a new passion – pickleball!  Eric volunteers as a myeloma coach through HealthTree and his local hospital.
