Audrey Burton-Bethke

Audrey joined the Myeloma Crowd as the Community Manager in 2020 after previously working in the nonprofit field for 4 years as a director of Fundraising and Development. She graduated from BYU with a major in Spanish and Nonprofit Management. Audrey is passionate about serving others, loves learning, and enjoys a nice mug of hot chocolate no matter the weather.

The panelist Diahanna Vallentine
Diahanna Vallentine

Diahanna is the Financial Program Manager for the HealthTree Foundation. She specializes in providing financial help, resources and education for multiple myeloma patients. As a professional financial consultant and former caregiver of her husband who was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, Diahanna perfectly understands the financial issues facing myeloma patients.

The panelist Roy W. Berwick, JD., Ph. D
Roy W. Berwick, JD., Ph. D

Roy Berwick is a retired soldier. While on active duty he served in the Military Police Corps in every leadership position from squad leader to battalion executive officer and at every staff level from battalion to Department of the Army. In addition, he served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a lawyer. Upon retirement from the U.S. Army in 1993, he entered private education and served as President, Vice President, or Dean at a number of schools. Upon retirement from private education in 2017 he re-entered the profession of law and has worked with the Legal Aid Society providing services to veterans and indigent parties. He is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law and admitted to practice in Nebraska, Kentucky, United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and all military courts.
