During this 90 minute presentation, they will present their expertise and then host a Q&A with more than enough time to answer your questions. Speakers & Moderators

Audrey joined the HealthTree Foundation as the Myeloma Community Program Director in 2020. While not knowing much about myeloma at the start, she has since worked hard to educate herself, empathize and learn from others' experiences. She loves this job. Audrey is passionate about serving others, loves learning, and enjoys a nice mug of hot chocolate no matter the weather.

Diahanna is the Financial Program Manager for the HealthTree Foundation. She specializes in providing financial help, resources and education for multiple myeloma patients. As a professional financial consultant and former caregiver of her husband who was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, Diahanna perfectly understands the financial issues facing myeloma patients.

Kortny Bowman currently working as a software consultant at Change Healthcare for the past 3.5 yrs. Specifically in medical code editing to payor claims. This roles involves working with Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial LOBS. Her Healthcare experience goes beyond her current role. She previously served as a manager and consulting at Humana Inc for 17 yrs. She has worked with all lines of business but more in the Medicare Advangage space. Kortny is a certified medical coder(CPC) through the AAPC. In addition she has much experience with CMS regulations and how that correlates with payor policy.
