So I will be having my mm bloodwork done in October. My June and July bloodwork was excellent. My kappa light chains were .6 my bmb and pet scan were also clean. I’m just wondering if my kappa light chains rise a bit is that a cause for concern? Do your light chains still fluctuate after car t ?

30 yo daughter with AML FLT3-TKD INV16 has upcoming cycle 4 of consolidation and then done. Became MRD negative after cycle 1. Doc is trying to avoid BMT. Did anyone do the 12 months of Midostaurin after consolidation, and how did it go? Did it stall hair growth for 12 months? Any other issues with Mido maintenance?
