On October 23rd, hundreds of members of our community gathered to celebrate the launch of HealthTree 2.0. The energy was palpable and the overall feeling of the night was one of hope for the future. The Launch marked HealthTree’s laser focus on driving research to cure blood cancer and HealthTree’s expansion into over 40 additional blood cancers.

Attendees learned about HealthTree’s unique model, innovative technology and plans to build six regional communities across the countries.
Keynote speakers included Fred Appelbaum, MD, Executive Vice President at Fred Hutch Cancer Center and author of Living Medicine, Rafael Fonseca, MD, Chief Innovation Officer at Mayo Clinic, and Jeffrey Wolf, MD, Myeloma Director at UCSF.
The event was live streamed from Deer Valley, Utah where HealthTree hosted some of the country's most prestigious partners and supporters who shared insights on how together we will accelerate a cure.
The event was inspirational, educational, and brought hope to all patients and their supporters who viewed the event.

Audrey is the Editor for the HealthTree Foundation. She originally joined the HealthTree Foundation in 2020 as the Myeloma Community Program Director. While not knowing much about myeloma initially, she worked hard to educate herself, empathize and learn from others' experiences. She loves this job. Audrey is passionate about serving others, loves learning, and enjoys iced chais from Dutch Bros. She also loves spending time with her supportive husband and energetic three-year-old.
