Participate in CLL Research: Substance Use and Environmental Exposure Survey image

Does the use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs impact a CLL diagnosis or its progression? What about environmental exposure to different chemicals like cleaning products or pesticides?

CLL patients are invited to accelerate research toward a better CLL treatment and cure by participating in surveys like this brief six-minute assessment. The data gathered will help researchers understand how substance use and environmental exposures may impact CLL development and progression.

The information you submit is protected and private and will be shared anonymously with researchers. We value your privacy and are grateful for your contributions.

Take the Substance Use and Environmental Exposure Survey

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, you can contact our HealthTree Patient Navigators (email support@healthtree.org or call/text (800)709-1113).

If you don't have a HealthTree Cure Hub account, you can sign up for free today.

We also invite you to securely connect your medical records to HealthTree Cure Hub. Doing so will help researchers answer questions like whether substance use or environmental exposures impact the amount of time between a patient’s diagnosis and starting treatment.
