Hi, this is Rafael Fonseca from the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. I am at the International Myeloma Workshop hosted by the International Myeloma Society. And we will be discussing and have been discussing the latest in myeloma related research. I particularly have been paying a lot of attention to the developments of immunotherapy. In the previous meeting and the recent meetings of both ASCO, IHA and ASH, we've seen just a plethora, probably would be the right word, of studies reporting on the use of bispecific antibodies as well as CAR T-cell constructs. And we see more and more the refinement of those data, the long-term outcomes for patients, the expectations with regard to safety. And I think it's fair to say that today, as compared to three years ago, we have a much higher level of understanding of how to use these products in the clinic, including how to use them in the acute setting. I mean, one of the main things we've learned is how to be attentive, prevent and treat things like CRS and ICANs. So I think we're much better off. So for patients watching this, we will never minimize this. We'll always be very, very careful. But I think this has become less of a concern that we used to think. On the other hand, we're paying a lot of attention to infections. And we're understanding what the risk is, the timing for that, as well as preventive strategies by which we could try to ameliorate this. So I'm very excited about that. Of course, there's a lot of science. I have a research lab, so I was just very interested in the studies regarding the origin of myeloma, sequencing studies, studies looking at metabolomics and proteomics, which is an area in our field, which no doubt will help us push forward our understanding of the disease.
