So I will be having my mm bloodwork done in October. My June and July bloodwork was excellent. My kappa light chains were .6 my bmb and pet scan were also clean. I’m just wondering if my kappa light chains rise a bit is that a cause for concern? Do your light chains still fluctuate after car t ?

I received my 2027 Medicare booklet online today. The out of pocket for Part D standalone medication coverage had a $2100 out of pocket cap in 2026. The new cap for 2027 is $2400. If you have a grant, it will likely cover the $2400.
