How to Stay Fit Throughout Your Myeloma Journey
Join us to hear Jasson's story about how she strived to stay fit during her myeloma journey. Despite back fractures, a stem cell transplant, and adjustments to her fitness life, she was able to still stay moving and wants to inspire others to do the same.

Audrey Burton-Bethke
Audrey joined the HealthTree Foundation as the Myeloma Community Program Director in 2020. While not knowing much about myeloma at the start, she has since worked hard to educate herself, empathize and learn from others' experiences. She loves this job. Audrey is passionate about serving others, loves learning, and enjoys a nice mug of hot chocolate no matter the weather.

Jasson Osbourne
Jasson was diagnosed with myeloma at 41 years old after suffering a severe spinal fracture. She was a healthy, active, working mom of two teenage boys, and wife ... then boom! She started treatment immediately and had her SCT 5/3/21. She handled everything very well and is grateful for that! She believes her health, age and mindset were huge contributors to my success. Her hope is that she can share and encourage others in her age bracket from a positive lens.
