Revlimid to Generic Lenalidomide
Recently due to Insurance changes my insurance has forced me to switch to Generic Teva Lenalidomide. If your on Teva Lenalidomide and had been on Branded Revlimid in the past what has your experience been with the switch. Also if you changed back to Branded what was your reasoning or documentation you used to get an override to go back to Branded Rev? Thank you Rick

Painful Plasmacytoma
Hello, I was diagnosed with an almost 9cm solitary plasmacytoma on my sacrum in Oct 2025. I had an M-spike upon diagnosis which they said was due to the tumor being secretory. Bone marrow biopsy was clear. I was given 25 rounds of radiation to cure it, but the tumor has not responded (shrunk) at all. M-spike has come down roughly 50%. I'm in terrible pain all the time from this tumor. Does anyone have experience with something like this? I keep asking about a surgical solution, but they are saying chemo would be the next step. I would like to avoid chemo since it is a localized problem. Any advice is welcome. Also has anyone had one surgically removed?

Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period which began Jan 1st - March 31st.
Hello For all of you who are currently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan, you can change plans during the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period which began Jan 1st - March 31st. Please review your plans as there have been a lot of changes in what plans cover. You can also choose to go back to Original Medicare, which is Part A and B. If this is something you are considering, understand that of you don't have a supplemntal plan such as an Advantage Plan or a Medigap Plan, you will be responsible 20% of everything. There is no cap. Check to see if your state will allow you to change to a Medigap Plan even after your initial enrollment period is over. Please reach out to a financial coach to help you navigate these issues. We want you to be aware, knowledgeable about you options and covered for treatment.
