Struggling With Infections Despite IVIG?

My immunoglobulins have not recovered since diagnosis 2 ½ years ago, even after SCT. I was put on IVIG in March, after back-to-back respiratory infections. I have been receiving it monthly since then, however I have had 2 more hospitalizations since then. Has anyone had similar? The specialist says my immune system is likely damaged permanently. IgA and IgM are too low to measure. IgG won’t stay jp between infusions.

How Do You Manage Severe Back Pain?

Coping with Pomalyst: Flu & Brain Fog?

HI Everyone! Anyone on the treatment course of POM/DARA/DEX. I am on round 1 day 20. The side effects I believe are the POM. It makes me feel like I have the flu and a lot of confusion and cloudiness and weakness. I was on Revlimid for induction and after SCT and had no real issues other than being tired sometimes. Managing Darzalex Sinus and Injection Site Pain?

I have been on Darzalex fastpro injections and Pomalyst pills since May. Soon after starting both I developed Dry Sinuses with a crustation in the sinus cavity per a scope down my nasal passage.
