My determination to help people with blood cancer began when I was in seventh grade and read a biography about a cancer researcher at MSK. Since then, cancer care and research have been my calling. It is my goal to make sure my patients feel well cared for. At MSK, our team of doctors, nurses, social workers, and other staff are strong proponents of patient education. We understand that a cancer diagnosis, whether it is new or cancer that has come back, is scary. We break down the information for our patients so they can get through it one day at a time. We want to take care of the details so our patients can concentrate on healing.
