Speakers & Moderators
Dr. Adam Kittai is a hematologist who specializes in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and Richter’s syndrome. He is passionate about guiding every one of his patients through their treatment process, personalizing care to each patient’s individual needs. Furthermore, he enjoys developing novel therapies and optimizing regimens. He has the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and the ability to enroll patients in clinical trials. It’s exciting for him to have access to these tools because they allow him the ability to provide the best care to his patients. In the CLL group, he specifically has an interest in developing targeted and cellular therapies to treat this disease. He also works closely with the basic science labs to translate medical advances rapidly from bench to bedside. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Association for Cancer Research.
Megan joined HealthTree as the Program Manager for CLL in 2022. She is the daughter of a blood cancer patient and has found a passion for helping support patients and caregivers to advance research for their cure and improve their quality of life.
