Alan E. Lichtin, M.D. is a staff physician in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Associate Professor, of Internal Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Dr. Lichtin is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. Dr. Lichtin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals, Cleveland, Ohio and his fellowship in hematology-oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. He is the Chairman of the Institutional Review Board at The Cleveland Clinic.
