If you are MRD positive, should you continue to have MRD testing completed?

So yes, anyone who is MRD positive, I would certainly continue to check MRD status on every subsequent bone marrow, certainly at least until MRD negativity is confirmed, meaning that there's no evidence of disease on a bone marrow with the MRD testing, because we know that unfortunately, patients who are MRD positive have a very high likelihood of relapse. So we really want to see conversion from MRD positivity to MRD negativity, to feel comfortable that there's going to be a chance of long-term cure for this patient.
