At what point in a patient's care should the conversation about clinical trials start? I think the conversation about clinical trials should start at the time of diagnosis itself because cancer is such a difficult disease to treat and we are always improving upon our treatments compared to before. And it is always changing, the standard of care is evolving, what we have done, what we have seen, the developments in myeloma is amazing. In the last 10-15 years, I think the treatment for leukemia is also changing very rapidly. So I think always it's a good idea to talk about what is the standard of care that the doctor is prescribing to the patients at the time of diagnosis and also what are the different clinical trials available. And most of the times if a clinical trial is testing already approved standard of care with a new combination of drug, I think it's always good to have that discussion even before you start any treatment.
