What are some ways I can improve my quality of life? So one of the best ways to address and improve quality of life is probably to see a palliative care specialist. We know for sure at this point with the high quality randomized trial data that we have that at least in the context of high intensity therapy that clearly improves how patients feel. It improves quality of life. It reduces anxiety and depression symptoms. It reduces clinical depression. It reduces post-traumatic stress. And it even improves the likelihood that you talk about the things that are important to you. If you end up in an end of life kind of situation, you will be more likely to have had conversations about what kind of care you want or don't want, et cetera, if you have seen a palliative care specialist. But even in the context of lower intensity therapy, if we extrapolate from the many trials that have been done in patients with solid tumors getting various kinds of treatments, the evidence is quite clear that specialist palliative care improves the things that bother people when they're facing a cancer diagnosis. So we can have pretty good confidence that having a consultation with a palliative care specialist is probably one of the best ways to help with symptoms and quality of life.
