And it is standard for us to again involve fertility experts at diagnosis for men as well. And we encourage sperm donation before we start chemotherapy. Sperm banks are available for freezing the sperm. Again, some of these insurances may not cover the banking aspect of it. So we have to help patients go through it and apply for grants and things like that. Sperm banking is obviously easier than egg retrieval, which is a procedure and a process. So there should be no barrier to sperm banking in any men who are diagnosed with leukemia because that is relatively easy and available. So that's usually something that's done on day one or two of diagnosis while we are waiting to start treatment.
