I'm Olle Lenggren. I'm a professor of medicine. I'm chief of the division of multiple myeloma at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami. One of the presentations I gave this year was focusing on the randomized phase two trial Centaurus, which is a phase two trial for patients with small during myeloma. Patients were treated with a single drug, DeraTumorMap, in three different manners. The randomization was between a short course arm only for eight weeks of therapy, and then there were two other arms that were up to 20 cycles, and each cycle was eight weeks. We have previously published the primary analysis back in 2020 in the journal Leukemia. So at this meeting, I presented the final results from the study. We now have seven years about of median follow-up. Patients that completed the 20 cycles on the two longer arms had been given even the option to go on a voluntary continued treatment protocol with dosing every eight weeks. And many patients have chosen to do that. Between 40 and 45 percent of the patients have done that. What the study shows is that we continue to see very strong benefit from being on the DeraTumorMap. There is a reduced risk of progression when we compare to historical data, and the best outcome is in the longest treatment arm with the 20 plus months, with 20 on the original protocol and then with the extension protocol. And also, I think very important, with about seven years of follow-up, we do not see any new safety signal for DeraTumorMap. This trial was designed to test the hypothesis that DeraTumorMap could delay or prevent progression for small ring myeloma into multiple myeloma, and also to seek to identify the optimal dosing schedule for DeraTumorMap. This has been informative and led to the Equila trial, which is a randomized phase three trial that's registrational, ongoing, and we hope that the Equila trial will read out in 2024, and with the hope that this will be a positive trial, that could potentially mean that we will have the first drug FDA approved for the indication of small ring myeloma. The field is moving very fast forward. This is really very exciting.
