What are the responses of vaccine in a myeloma patient? Is the vaccine protective of infection? Do the amount of good immune response? The answer to is that the data is starting to roll out. We know that their antibody levels could be less compared to the general population, but we need to know a little bit more. What we do know is that after the vaccine is received, the human body, the B cells and the T cells, they see the antigen and then they develop what we call antigen specific T cells, which are called memory cells. So even though the antibody response is there, there's also a B cell T cell memory responses. Meaning, if you did not see a huge antibody response, there is a role of the memory cells that that would occur if somebody was to see the infection, that they would help in building the immunity against the virus and they would have a better response that we can just see in the antibodies. There's a lot of studies that are being done currently to look at the B cell and the T cell responses, which are the two different kinds of immune cells that build responses to vaccine. And I think there is going to be tons of data in the coming months to see how this all rolls out for myeloma patients, especially in the context of treatment, especially in the context of low immunoclavulins.
