What is the role of monoclonal antibodies in treating myeloma patients who have COVID?

There are two antibody cocktails that can be given in an outpatient setting in patients who have mild COVID-19 infection, meaning they're not requiring supplemental oxygen, they do not have pneumonia. So early in the phase of disease, we do administer monoclonal antibodies specific to SARS-CoV-2 virus to decrease the hospitalization or progression of disease with the infection. So we are actually utilizing these in the outpatient setting for our patients who have mild to moderate mild infection. They're quite complicated.
