What is the MyDrug trial?

[Music] what is the my drug trial so the biatraq trial is a novel approach that we are introducing into myeloma to see if we can actually adapt the therapy based on the genetic abnormalities what we have learned over time is especially in patients with relapsed myeloma the majority of the patients will have one or more mutations and there's about two dozen what a dozen mutations that are commonly seen in myeloma so what we want to try and see is whether we can target these particular mutations using drugs so it's a very similar approach that has been done in solid tumors so we take drugs that have been shown to be effective in other cancers where that mutation exist and see if we can combine that with standard myeloma drug to see if we can make better impact than just using the standard of care treatments
