[Music] When will I be removed from a trial? You're removed from a trial. If you wish to be removed for any reason, you're removed from a trial. If it's clear you're progressing and not benefiting, you're removed from a trial, it becomes unsafe for you. Can patients stop clinical trials at any time? Will it affect their treatment? Patients always have the right to stop a clinical trial at any time. It's important to remember that the trial is there for the patients. The patient is not there for the trial. So whatever it may be, if the trial is is too time intensive, if the drug isn't working, they're going to come off. But other factors go into play when we're talking about a patient wanted to continue or not. But it's important to remember that patients always have the ability to say no, that I do not want to be on a study treatment any longer. When a patient decides to participate in the study, one of the most important things that we discuss is that participation on a clinical trial is always voluntary. So at any time from prior to signing, the informed consent to agreeing to this study, which is signing informed consent. And any time in the future a patient can choose, can volunteer, can voluntarily stop participation in the study. I only ask patients if they stop producing study that they let me know so I can continue to take care of them. [Music]
