Are NK cells being used alone or in combination with other drugs?

For NK cell therapy, it's actually a lot of partners that are possible. The reason for that is, number one, they work with antibodies very well. So you can, for example, think about using a supercharged NK cell with deritumumab. That would be something that would be working for a myeloma cell against CD38. Another thing that NK cells work well with, we think, because of our preclinical data, is immunomodulatory drugs. So things like lenalidomide or potentially something like ibertomide, those things can actually stimulate the NK cell population and actually modulate them to be more active against the myeloma. And we've had several investigators show correlative data showing that NK cells work better after exposure to lenalidomide. So this is a really exciting field that's being developed.
