Is it possible to sort different types of T cells? It is possible to sort different types of T cells. One of the limitations is that each individual is different, so we can't guarantee that we will be able to collect sufficient numbers of the best T cells from all patients. So any step that we add to the manufacturing process makes it complicated and creates a risk that some patients will simply not be able to get a final product manufactured. But these are some of the questions that the ongoing research is trying to understand. So you can harvest or select out CD4 positive and CD8 positive cells in an equal proportion if you want to. Typically for both IDA cell and CILTA cell, we are not doing that in clinical trials.
