I'm JP Capdevila, Chief Technology Officer for Health ReFoundation. This year at ASH we have an abstract about an AI agent that we developed to do chart reviews. This is a process that usually takes our medical doctors 75 minutes to go over the notes, look for lines of therapies, medications, duration of the treatments and outcomes. It's usually about 75 minutes. We created an AI agent that first goes through all the unstructured notes, checks if there's a line of therapy information in that note and classifies it into the different diseases that a patient may have. Patients may have multiple cancers. Then we do a second pass with this agent in which we extract for myeloma specifically outcomes, standardized outcomes, the duration, the different drugs, procedures if it was a stem cell transplant, if it was a CAR T therapy, any infusions. We turn that into structured data. Usually it is about a thousand medical notes that we have to go through to extract all information. And with this AI agent system that then our doctors go and supervise the data, it goes down to 12 minutes. And so using this system, our doctors can go see what the AI extracted, check the documents. We have traceability into the documents where the data actually came from. And they can say yes, no, do tweaks and we make sure the data is 100% accurate because at the end, this is one of the most important pieces we use for all of our research.
