Basically, my research activities are mainly focused on newly diagnosed myeloma patients with transplant ineligible. And in this population, we are focusing on distinguishing fit versus frail patients in order to individualize and to optimize the treatment according to the frailty score. The other population in which my research activity is focused is in the small-drain myeloma, but not in all small-drain myeloma patients, but in those at high risk of progression to multiple myeloma. And we started many years ago in 2007 a phase three clinical study with lenalidomide and dexamethasone. The next step has been to conduct another trial with a more aggressive therapy, including even autologous stencil transplantation. And the next step is to offer to these high-risk asymptomatic myeloma patients treatment with these new immunotherapies like BCMA, CAR-T or a specific monoclonal antibody. So I think that the research in which I'm involved always under the umbrella of the group is great. And I think that we are offering the best possibility to our patients always with a dream that is to cure patients with multiple myeloma.
