MajesTEC-4 (EMN30) is exploring a major question in multiple myeloma: can we improve maintenance therapy after transplant by adding BCMA-directed immunotherapy?
This phase 3 trial is evaluating teclistamab, a BCMA×CD3 bispecific antibody, alone or combined with lenalidomide maintenance compared with standard lenalidomide alone after autologous stem cell transplant.
