My name is Shibli Atrash. I'm a physician at the Levine Cancer Institute, Charlotte, North Carolina. Also, Dr. Hayra presented a real-world experience with the use of TalquitaMAP, which is a monoclonal antibody against GPRC5D, as a bridging therapy for patients who are receiving CAR T treatment. As we know, the approved CAR T treatment options for multiple myeloma are BCMA targeted, and using chemotherapy to decrease the disease burden prior to CAR T therapy administration can be very helpful to decrease the incidence of CRS and ICANS and improve the outcomes of CAR T treatment. Most of the patients who get to the point where they receive CAR T treatment are refractory to other treatment options. Therefore, using TalquitaMAP is very reasonable here. Dr. Hayra presented 13 patients of real-world evidence from multiple centers using the US Merck Consortium Group, and the results were proving the feasibility of using TalquitaMAP as a bridging for CAR T therapy, allowing this to be an option for patients who are in need for it.
