[Music] What does it cost to be apart of clinical trials? Does insurance cover it? So clinical trials shouldn't cost you anymore. If you have clinical trials with new agents. Those new agents don't have any costs, so they're provided for you, any type of different testing that would incur you more cost should also be covered by the trials. some trials will have you. For example, if standard of care drugs are in the trial, sometimes you pay for those just like you would normally, but then all the experimental agents are covered. Sometimes the trial will actually even cover those. So sometimes you can have treatments and you're not out any money for the clinical trial whatsoever and essentially getting free treatment and free blood work. it's a variable, but it shouldn't be any more than what you would have normally done in a standard situation. As far as the potential cost for for somebody to go on a clinical trial, the cost should be nothing for for a patient. All standard of care procedures and standard of care medications should be covered by insurance. And all study related drug and study related procedures should be covered by the sponsor. As far as answering the question about insurance. Insurance companies should support a patient's involvement in clinical trials. And at least in my experience, I've never had an insurance company tell me no. [Music]
